- Ensure that the article to be published has not been published or submitted to other journals, has never been presented in scientific meetings, is free from plagiarism, complies with the PPJ's writing guidelines, and includes the author's email.
- The PPJ will publish an article only if it has been reviewed by reviewers, declared accepted for publication, and has a maximum similarity of 20% as checked using Turnitin.
Article Writing
Please structure your research article using the following sections:
Title: Provide a concise and informative title.
Authors: List the authors' names directly under the title, followed by their affiliations and addresses. Include the corresponding author's email as a footnote.
Abstract: Write an abstract of up to 300 words summarizing the content and main conclusions of the article. Do not include figures, tables, complex equations, or references in this section.
Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords to assist with indexing and abstracting.
Introduction: Clearly state the objectives of the study and provide sufficient background and current state of the field without presenting an extensive literature review or a summary of your findings.
Theory/Calculation (if applicable): This section should build upon the Introduction, providing theoretical foundations for the study without repeating prior content. A Calculation section may be included to demonstrate practical developments based on theoretical concepts.
Methods: Describe the methods used in sufficient detail to allow replication of the study. Refer to previously published methods when applicable and detail only relevant modifications.
Results and Discussion: Present clear and concise results. The discussion should interpret the significance of the findings without repeating the results. Combining Results and Discussion is acceptable. Limit extensive citations and discussion of previously published work.
Conclusion: A Conclusion section is required, highlighting the main findings without duplicating the abstract. This section may elaborate on the significance, potential applications, and possible future directions of the study.
Acknowledgement: Acknowledgments should recognize individuals or organizations that supported the authors in completing the work, including funding sources. Use a singular “Acknowledgment” heading regardless of the number of acknowledgments.
References: PPJ uses the IEEE citation style and recommends the use of Mendeley for reference management. Articles should include a minimum of ten references, with at least 80% sourced from recent (within the last five years) primary journal publications. Cite references in the text using square brackets (e.g., [1], [1,3], or [1-3]), and list them in the order they appear in the manuscript.
All manuscripts submitted to PPJ are screened for similarity using Turnitin. Articles will only be eligible for publication if they have a similarity index of 20% or lower. Prior to the peer review process, the Editor-in-Chief will conduct an initial similarity check. If a manuscript has a similarity index exceeding 20%, the author will be required to revise and resubmit the manuscript to reduce the similarity before it can proceed to the review stage.
