Jurnal Geosains Kutai Basin Volume 2 Number 2 of 2019 has published nine articles in the field of Geosciences. Three of the nine articles discussed in this volume are First, Mapping of Areas Prone to Damage Due to Earthquakes in the City of Palu in 2000 – 2018 Based on Maximum Ground Acceleration Values. The second article has discussed the Interpretation of Tomographic Refraction Seismic Wave Velocity in Handling Subsurface Lithology in Bhuana Jaya Village (Case Study: PT. Khotai Makmur Insan Abadi). The third article discussed the identification of groundwater aquifer layers using the Schlumberger Configuration Geoelectricity Method in Salma Shofa Park, Samarinda, East Kalimantan, and there are also other articles that can be accessed in this volume.
